Refunds

A full refund or store credit will be given on items returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Fabric items such as purses must must have been in  a non-smoking environment in order to be exchanged or returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns beyond 30 days from purchase MAY be eligible for full or partial store credit. Each return beyond 30 days from purchase will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. No guarantees of store credit is given for items returned more than 30 days from purchase.

Exchanges are possible for the same item in-store. For example a red item was purchased, and this could be exchanged for a blue item of the same type, size and style as long as the original item was not personalized.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or store credits. All sales are final on sale and clearance items.
